The Maxwell Company was founded in 1959 representing manufacturers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. In 1991 the Maxwell Company decided to branch out and began importing bath accessories and cabinet hardware. Named after the wives of the three original partners--Judy, Virginia, and Jackie--JVJ Hardware was born. Through hard work and dedication, the company has grown into a multi-million dollar corporation that has been able to maintain a personal touch with its customer base.
