We are a  leading provider of elegant plumbing and decorative hardware products. That's the simplest way to describe what we do. But it hardly describes what WPH is really about. We're about solutions and support. We're about building relationships and making things work. We're about doing the right thing for our customers, no matter what.

In an industry that's seen more than its share of change, we've held fast to one truth for over twenty years. That our customers' success is the only real measure of our own success. It's simple, and obvious. But through the years it's helped us stay focused on what is important..

We started small and figured things out as we went along. We grew and we learned. A feat we credit to hard work, focused strategies, and a habit of going out of our way to build honest relationships with our customers.

But more importantly it confirmed that the WPH way of doing business--doing everything possible to assure our customers' success--is the right thing to do. It's the way we've always done it, and the way we always will.

People are real. Shaking hands is real. Making sure a customer has what they need to be successful yet knowing that they can call at any time is real. That is what has made Westheimer Plumbing and Hardware who we are today, and who we will continue to be tomorrow.
