While sales are predominately initiated at our Showroom locations, all
other operations take place at our Warehouse Operations Center (WOC). Unlike other decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms, WPH is backed by an operations center with over 18,000 square feet of space. We are the Authorized American Standard distributor for the Houston Metropolitan area, and are stocking distributors of Blanco, Elkay, Porcher, Baldwin Hardware, RKI, just to name a few. Our Warehouse Operations Center includes a Will Call counter as well as bay doors in the back for picking up large items, such as tubs and whirlpools!

One of the benefits our WOC brings to our clients is the ability to select
items that are immediately available, particularly for jobs with tight time frames. The ability to special order beautiful and unique products directly from the manufacturer is a huge plus in our industry, one that WPH is proud to enjoy. Our Contract Control Department, which monitors orders from inception to completion, includes Purchasing, Specifications, Order Control, Manifest and Delivery. This group works hard to stay on top of your order to ensure that the items you need are available when you need them, based on the data you have provided with the Project Schedule form. A call to the Warehouse Operations Center will allow you to schedule a delivery with the person actually making the Shipping Manifest! We appreciate at least 48 hours notice for deliveries, since the Manifest fills up fast!

The Order Fulfillment Department pulls and assembles orders making
them ready for delivery. Order Fulfillment includes Hardware Specialists who are able to assemble and key the job to your needs, as well as Plumbing Specialists who are able to assemble your plumbing order accurately. WPH is pleased to provide the extra touch of labeling each box on your order with a special label which notes the Order Name, Order Number, your Purchase Order number, the product number and its brief description, and the Room Location or Door Number where that product is to be installed. This service helps make erroneous installations a thing of the past!
