New Home Checklist

When building a new home, there are several things you need to do in order for our staff to give you the best quality experience possible. In new home construction, or any remodel in which you have a set of blueprints you should:

Bring a set of blueprints with you to the appointment.

Know the budget parameters for your selections of plumbing,
accessories, door hardware, and cabinet hardware.

Know the name and contact information of your building contractor and/or designer.

Know who will purchase the materials selected, the building
contractor, the designer, or the plumber.

If your project involves special needs, please let us know in
advance. We have staff members certified in Aging in Place.

Remodeling Checklist

When remodeling a home, and you do not have a set of blueprints, there are several things you need to do in order for our staff to give you the best quality experience possible. In a remodel, for which you have no blueprints, you should:

Know the budget parameters for your selections of plumbing,
accessories, door hardware, and cabinet hardware.

Know the name and contact information of your building contractor and/or designer.

Know who will purchase the materials selected, the building
contractor, the designer, the homeowner or the plumber.

Know the measurements of the areas where tubs and whirlpools will be installed to insure the selection of the appropriate size unit.
